Return & Refund Policy



1. Return Period

You have 15 calendar days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.


2. Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • No return will be accepted without prior approval from our customer service team.

Returns must be sent to our warehouse in China. The full return address will be provided by email after your request has been validated.


3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service at support@marinabloom.com within 15 days of receiving your order.

  2. Our team will review your request promptly.

  3. Once your return is approved, we will send you the return address and detailed instructions.

The package must be shipped via registered mail with a tracking number, and proof of shipment must be provided to us.


4. Refund Options

Once the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse:

  • Option 1: Full refund to the original payment method.

  • Option 2: Store credit for the same amount, redeemable on our shop.

Store credit will never be applied without your consent.


5. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days after the return has been validated.


6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • We will send a replacement at no cost (after receiving visual proof).

  • In case of a second similar incident, we will issue a full refund.


7. Lost or Returned Packages

If a package is lost or returned due to logistics issues (wrong address, prolonged absence, unclaimed parcel):

  • We will reship your order free of charge after verifying the case with the carrier.

  • If the address provided by the customer was incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate, we cannot be held responsible, and no refund will be issued.

A commercial solution may be offered at our discretion.


8. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once confirmed, as they are processed immediately to ensure fast shipping.
