8.2 Product images may slightly differ from the actual products due to screen variations.
8.3 Returns must retain the original label. Damaged or modified products will not be accepted.
9. Shipping Policy
9.1 Processing time: 1–2 business days (order confirmation, quality check, packaging).
9.2 Delivery time: 7–14 business days for international shipping (depends on local postal service).
9.3 Shipping options: Standard shipping included in product price. Express shipping is not available.
9.4 Processing hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Singapore Time, GMT+8). Orders placed after 06:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
9.5 Address changes: Possible only within 12 hours of order. Contact support@marinebloom.fr.
9.6 Order cancellation: Once confirmed and processed, cancellations are not possible.
